Gistermiddag kwam mijn buurman naar me toe. Jouw auto ingebroken? Een korte blik naar buiten; ja hoor..glas op straat en een kapotte achterruit. Shit en andere lelijke woorden komen meteen naar boven. Ja, Tom en Tom waren ook nog verdwenen maar vooral is het lastig . Een paar uur ben je bezig met politie en Carglass voordat de boel weer “normaal” is. Het enige leuke zijn dan de dames in het callcentre van deze ruitenboer, nergens tref je ze aardiger, attenter of meer service-gericht.
Vanochtend stond de politie weer voor de deur, dit keer een dame van de lokale CSI. Ze kwam de sporen veilig stellen, zoals dat zo mooi heet. Misschien wordt het etttertje die dit gedaan heeft toch gepakt.
De service van Carglass en de attentheid van onze Amsterdame politie, ik word er blij van. We zeuren en zeiken, vaak terecht, over de dienstverlening aan de burger, maar gelukkig gaat het ook vaak gewoon wel goed.
